Person in charge
The person in charge of protecting personal information can be reached at soutien@iotoquebec.com, subject “Privacy”.
What we collect
- Account: first name, last name, email address, date of birth, confirmation of Québec residence, password (stored only as a hash).
- Play: confirmed grids, limits, breaks and self-exclusions, games added to your picks.
- Support: the content of messages sent through the contact form.
We do not ask for an ID document when you open an account.
Why
- To check age and residence before play.
- To apply your limits, break or self-exclusion.
- To check your grids against the draws and answer your messages.
- To send you news, only if you asked for it.
Retention
Account information is kept while the account is open, then deleted or anonymized. A self-exclusion is kept for its whole duration, even if you ask for the account to be closed, so that it stays effective.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. It is not shared with anyone, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, correct it, delete it, or withdraw a consent (for example to email news). Write to us; we answer within 30 days.

Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text. Every action that changes your account is protected against forged requests, and the answer to a reset request does not reveal whether an address is registered.
