Terms of use

The rules that apply to the site and your account, written to be read.

Who we are

iotoquebec (“the site”) is an independent lotteries, casino and instant tickets site. It is not operated, authorized or affiliated with Loto-Québec or the Société des loteries du Québec. The games offered are the site’s own.

Eligibility

The site is for people 18 and over who live in Québec. By opening an account you confirm you meet both conditions. An account opened on a false statement may be closed.

One account per person.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us right away about any use you did not authorize, at soutien@iotoquebec.com.

You can ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Grids and tickets

A grid is valid for the next draw of the chosen game while sales are open. Sales close before each draw, according to the schedule on the game page. A confirmed grid cannot be cancelled.

The results published on the site are authoritative. They are published after the draw, never before.

Limits, breaks and self-exclusion

A weekly deposit limit is chosen when the account is opened. Every grid and ticket counts towards the current period; a grid that would go over the limit is refused.

  • Lowering a limit applies immediately.
  • Raising it takes effect after 72 hours; the old limit applies meanwhile.
  • A break (24 hours to 6 weeks) and self-exclusion (3 months to 5 years) cannot be shortened.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the site on behalf of someone else, automate grid entry, try to get around a limit or a self-exclusion, or disrupt the site.

Liability

We do everything we can to keep the site running without interruption, without being able to guarantee it. If a display differs from a game’s rules, the rules apply.
